Here’s a warning to all Brisbane music lovers – take Monday off because Sunday night is going to get messy as The Troubadour stages their last night of entertainment ever!
Headlined by spaghetti-western, surf-heroes Los Huevos, the night also features a classic club of Troubadour staples including a pair of gentle, sensitive gin swigging groups as well as Texas Tea, Mexico City, Edward Guglielmino & The Show, P-Uke and Cori. Doors will open at 5pm, music kicks off at 5:30 and tickets are now on sale for a measly $15.00
On top of the mammoth eight-band lineup, the after-party “Dress Sexy At My Funeral” kicks off right after Los Huevos and features DJ El Norto on gin and wax until close.
Also available on the night will be the first round of Troubadour merchandise available ever in its seven and a half year history – t-shirts and posters.
It’s a sad time for Brisbane as we lose one of the finest live venues to ever swing open its doors, though one last night of celebrating is in order! Come drink gin from jar…
